At the Corporate Intelligence Agency, we have structured our work according to a clear principle: risk mitigation should be seen primarily as a preventive action rather than a reactive approach. Risk prevention is therefore essential, especially when aiming to limit a company's exposure to potential financial and reputational losses. A proper risk prevention program starts with a risk map, aimed at clearly identifying company and/or industry specific risks before these risks have a chance to materialize.

Risk maps are unique products developed according to an individualized approach by our company, being able to identify either global/general risks or limited risks, such as those that primarily affect a specific division or department of the company. The Risk Map involves a customized Risk and Vulnerabilities Questionnaire, specifically designed by us to reveal the particular vulnerabilities faced by a company with a specific business model, a specific approach and a specific socio-political climate. Our unique product provides companies with a highlighting of issues and approaches considered to be at high risk of turning into concrete business challenges.
