Investigating integrity reporting

Whistleblower legislation adopted at European level has been built around recurring statistics on the most effective ways of detecting occupational fraud. Being responsible for detecting on average 43% of all occupational fraud cases, whistleblowing requires increased attention from the companies to which they are addressed, especially where companies have a legal obligation to investigate such reports. Through its specific services, the Corporate Intelligence Agency provides support to companies in investigating whistleblowing reports, specializing in taking follow-up action in cases of reports of suspected fraud, but also in cases of reports made for the purpose of harassment or unfair advantage.
